How to Buy and Sell Property
1. Create an Account
To get started as either a property owner looking to sell or a buyer searching for a property, creating an account is the first step:
- Click the "Sign Up" button on the website.
- Fill in your basic details such as name, email, and password. Property owners may need to verify ownership documents.
- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
2. Owner/Agent Lists Property
If you're a property owner looking to sell, you can easily list your property by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "List Property" section.
- Provide accurate property details, including:
• Property type (residential, commercial, etc.).
• Location and nearby amenities.
• Sale price and other relevant financial information.
- Upload high-quality images and videos of the property to attract potential buyers.
- Include key features such as recent renovations, property size, and any unique selling points.
- Once all information is filled out, submit your listing for review. After approval, your property will be live and visible to buyers.
3. Search for Properties (For Buyers)
Buyers can easily browse listed properties based on their preferences:
- Use our search filters to narrow down properties by location, price, and property type.
- Explore detailed property pages that showcase descriptions, images, videos, and features of each listing.
- Save your favorite properties for easy comparison and review.
- Contact sellers directly for additional information or clarification before booking a visit.
4. Buyer Books a Field Visit
After finding a property of interest, buyers can book a field visit to inspect the property in person:
- On the property's detail page, click the “Book Field Visit” button.
- Choose a date and time for the visit, which will be coordinated with the property owner.
- Once confirmed, the seller or our team will guide you during the visit, answering any questions you have about the property.
- Ensure to inspect the property thoroughly and clarify any concerns regarding the condition, features, or paperwork.
5. Make an Offer (For Buyers)
Once you're satisfied with the property after the visit, you can proceed to make an offer:
- Submit an offer through our platform, indicating the price you are willing to pay.
- Both parties can negotiate the terms (if necessary) to reach a mutually agreeable sale price.
- The property owner will review your offer and respond within a set time frame.
- If accepted, you can move to the next step of finalizing the transaction.
6. Finalize the Sale and Complete Transaction
After agreeing on the terms, the buyer and property owner will complete the transaction:
- Both parties can review and finalize the sale agreement, including any legal or financial terms.
- The transaction is securely processed through our platform, ensuring transparency and protection for both buyer and seller.
- Buyers may need to arrange financing and perform any necessary due diligence (e.g., property inspections, legal checks).
- Once everything is cleared, the final payment is processed, and ownership is transferred to the buyer.

7. Ownership Transfer
After completing the transaction, the final step is transferring ownership:
