How to Rent and Lease a Property

1. Create an Account

Whether you're a landlord looking to list your property or a tenant searching for a rental, the first step is creating an account:
- Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top-right corner of our website.
- Fill in your details such as name, email, and password. For landlords, additional verification like property ownership may be required.
- Confirm your email to activate your account.

2. List Your Rental Property (For Landlords)

Landlords can list their property for rent by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "List Property" section.
- Provide detailed information about the property, including:
  • Property type (apartment, house, commercial space).
  • Location and nearby amenities.
  • Rent amount and deposit required.
- Upload high-quality images and videos of the property to attract potential tenants.
- Set available dates and any special conditions (e.g., pet policies, furnished or unfurnished).
- Submit your listing for review. Once approved, your property will be visible to potential tenants.

3. Search for Properties (For Tenants)

Tenants can easily browse available properties based on their preferences:
- Use our search filters to narrow down properties by price, location, property type, and more.
- Explore detailed property pages to view descriptions, images, videos, and rental terms.
- Save your favorite listings to compare options and keep track of your preferences.

4. Book a Field Visit

Once you’ve found a property you like, it’s time to schedule a field visit:
- On the property page, click the “Book Field Visit” button.
- Select a convenient date and time for the visit.
- Our team or the landlord will confirm the visit and provide necessary instructions.
- During the visit, check the property’s condition, ask questions, and assess whether it fits your needs.

5. Submit a Rental Application (For Tenants)

After viewing the property, submit your rental application:
- Fill in details like employment information, references, and any special requests.
- Upload necessary documents such as ID proof, salary slips, or rental history (if required).
- The landlord will review your application and respond within a few days.
- If accepted, proceed to finalize the rental agreement.

6. Review and Sign the Lease Agreement

Once your rental application is approved, you’ll need to review the lease agreement:
- Carefully read through all terms, including rent, deposit, duration of the lease, and any specific conditions (e.g., maintenance responsibilities, pet policies).
- Both tenant and landlord can review and make adjustments if necessary.
- Sign the agreement digitally through our platform for a seamless experience.

7. Complete the Transaction

After signing the lease agreement, finalize the payment process:
- Pay the security deposit and first month’s rent securely through our platform.
- Both parties will receive receipts and confirmation of the transaction.
- The transaction is fully protected to ensure the security of both tenant and landlord.

8. Move In

Congratulations! Once the payment and agreement are complete, you can move into your new home:
- Coordinate with the landlord or property management for move-in instructions.
