By submitting this request I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following term:

Neither I nor my nominee, family member, representative or any other person acting on my behalf shall buy, sell, rent, lease, negotiate or in any way deal in a property that Sorha Aana Developers Pvt. Ltd. (16 Aana Homes) has shown or introduced to me - whether directly with the owner or other party, or through any other broker, agent or company - bypassing the Company. If such a transaction takes place, I shall pay Sorha Aana Developers Pvt. Ltd. its full commission or service charge on that transaction, and the Company may recover the same together with costs and damages under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
