By submitting this request I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following terms:

1. Sorha Aana Developer Pvt. Ltd. (16 Aana Homes) is appointed as my exclusive representative for this request from the date it is submitted, and this engagement remains in force for 6 (six) months unless ended earlier in writing by both parties.
2. Once 16 Aana Homes has initiated work on this request - including identifying or shortlisting a property, arranging a site visit, introducing a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, or beginning negotiation on my behalf - I shall not engage any other real estate company, broker or agent for the same property or the same requirement.
3. I shall not conclude or attempt to conclude the transaction directly, or through any third party, with a party that 16 Aana Homes introduced to me, with the intention of bypassing the company.
4. If I act in breach of the above, I shall be liable to pay 16 Aana Homes the full commission or service charge that would have been payable on the transaction, and 16 Aana Homes may pursue legal remedies against me under the prevailing laws of Nepal, including recovery of that amount along with costs and damages incurred.
5. All the information I have provided in this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
